Kimberly Fitzgerald
Kimberly graduated summa cum laude from Ashford University with a major in early childhood development and psychology, and a minor in sociology.
After her experiences fostering and adopting several special needs children, Kimberly found a passion for in-home ABA.
During her time with Golden Steps, Kimberly has been awarded “RBT of the Month” on several occasions and was awarded “RBT of the Year” in 2021. Prior to working in ABA she was a pre-k and kindergarten teacher in the private sector for 15 years.
From a young age, Kimberly has volunteered with underprivileged and special needs children and has dedicated her life to their development by being a creative and supportive role model.
